Words are Insufficient

On days like today, my fingers go silent, my words jumble, who I’m typing to feels complex… different things to say to different people. So many veins of feeling passing through my heart.
I send so much love to those who need it today — particularly Black folks. Thank you for surviving. Please take gentle care of yourself. Please feel free to ignore people who look like me and surround yourself with loving community that understands you.

And if you don’t know what just happened to Terence Crutcher in Tulsa or Keith Lamont Scott in Charlotte (or Tyre King last week in Columbus) or how protesters are being treated in Charlotte, please educate yourself. PLEASE tune into the warfare that people are facing. Please ask yourself, how can you help to end this madness that is rampant in this country right now. Please get specific around who you need to be collaborating with to contribute your specific gifts to humanity right now and to the many different types of humans that have every right to thrive in this country.

… words are so insufficient …
